About
A passionate therapist, I have been practising Essene healing for around ten years. I came to it naturally, initially through crystal therapy: working with stones awakened in me a particular sensitivity to subtle energies and the memories held in the body. Twelve years ago, I was fortunate to be trained and guided by teachers who passed on an approach that is both rigorous and deeply respectful of the individual. Since then, I have supported people going through periods of fatigue, emotional blocks or inner questioning, helping them reconnect with their own capacity for self-healing. In my sessions, I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where listening and presence are at the heart of the healing work. My intention is always the same: to allow the body, heart and spirit to regain greater harmony, clarity and freedom.
